My manicure completely lost its original vibrancy and shifted hue entirely within just a single day of sun exposure. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

I always appreciate how incredibly friendly and accommodating the team is here. Their service is consistently top-notch, and I'm always impressed that my nails stay perfect for weeks on end, never chipping or falling off. Their artistic skill is truly remarkable; I've yet to see a design they couldn't execute flawlessly, no matter how complex. I'm so grateful for their excellent work.

I found the service to be incredibly efficient, with everything handled promptly and smoothly from start to finish.

My pedicure visit turned into a truly negative experience when the technician carelessly poked my nails, causing them to bleed. I clearly expressed that it was hurting me and asked her to stop, but my request was ignored, and she continued. As a result of this incident, the affected area later became infected. Based on this, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment. My pedicure experience was truly awful; the woman attending to me caused me pain with several tools, and despite my repeated flinching and indications that it hurt, she continued with a rough approach. Shockingly, she then wrung out a cloth of what felt like boiling water over my legs, causing a burn, and when I recoiled, she simply laughed. The quality of the pedicure itself was also very poor. The payment process was equally frustrating; the man at the counter pressured me intensely to pay with cash, even though there were no signs indicating a cash-only policy. I offered to do a bank transfer multiple times, but he kept insisting on cash or PayID. After about five minutes of this unnecessary back-and-forth, he eventually pulled out an eftpos machine and processed my credit card. It's beyond me why he would waste my time, create such pressure, and lie about not having an eftpos machine available. Please, for your own sake, steer clear of this place.

My visit today was incredibly disappointing. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the person I booked with wasn't available, which marks the second time this has occurred. I was then told to step away for ten minutes, but after only five, I returned to see the very same technician beginning another client's nails. I then had to wait approximately ten minutes for a different person to start my nails, followed by another ten minutes or so before a third individual finally began the specific service I had originally booked. The technician I had an appointment with never actually attended to me, and I received no apology whatsoever for the entire ordeal. My strong recommendation is not to schedule appointments if there's no intention of honoring them.

The overall service I received was quite subpar. While the manicures and pedicures were described as basic and classic, I was genuinely puzzled by how unnecessarily complicated the entire process became for such straightforward treatments. To make matters worse, the nail polish quality was absolutely terrible, reflecting a very poor product choice.

I can confidently say this is the finest acrylic set I've received anywhere in Tassie. The team here truly embodies perfectionism, and I absolutely adore them for their incredible dedication to detail. My nails have never looked more fantastic, a testament to their outstanding service.

I'm genuinely surprised this establishment doesn't boast more five-star reviews. After a disappointing experience at a previous salon, I decided to try this place and have now visited twice. On both occasions, the service and the results of my treatments have been consistently excellent. Without a doubt, this will now be my permanent choice for all my nail and pedicure services.
